Screw parts together faster! The item Automatic-Fastening Set is used in pairs, which means that a certain amount of skill is needed to make sure the T-Slot Nuts are properly positioned. Thanks to the double T-Slot Nut, however, things just got a lot easier – as soon as the first Automatic Fastener has been secured in place, the second can be tightened straight away.
The Fastener is screwed into a profile groove in the end face, the thread being cut automatically. Use of a lubricant is recommended.
Note: All Fasteners with a through bore for the fastening screw have a counter-clockwise thread on the outside in order to prevent the Fastener twisting when the screw is tightened.
Automatic-Fastening Set 6 30, bright zinc-plated from item joins two Line 6 profiles at a right angle to create a connection that is highly resistant to displacement, torsion and bending. The T-Slot Nut with two threads makes it easier to fasten both Automatic Fasteners in the modular dimension of 30 mm. The fastener can be used to prevent twisting.
The Automatic Fasteners are each screwed into a profile groove and do not require any profile machining. Profiles can be retrofitted to constructions and moved at any time.
Automatic Fasteners should generally be used in pairs. To speed up the installation process, sets that comprise two Automatic Fasteners and one T-Slot Nut with two threads are also available for various profile variants.
